Quality has approved the following:

The Council proceeding with the detailed design and implementation
of the Eccleston Street Public Realm scheme

The commitment of capital expenditure of £2,270,091 necessary
to carry out the design and implementation stages of the proposals
relating to the Eccleston Street public realm scheme

A TMO consultation being progressed, and the making of the decision
to implement the TMO delegated to the Head of Parking

Act 1980 with Grosvenor Estate to secure the funding required to
complete design and undertake implementation of the Eccleston
Street public realm scheme

the management and maintenance of new planting and greening
