Reason for Decision: The school is
acquiring this lease for the purposes of providing temporary
alternative accommodation for years 5 and 6 of the School whilst
the parts of the School affected by reinforced autoclaved aerated
concrete (RAAC) are rebuilt with funding from the Department for
Education and a two year old provision. The Decision will generate
a rent for the General Fund and assist in the provision of
temporary school accommodation for the school.
