Decision

The increase in the cost of the CMT additional
services is 9.71% on the agreed original contract sum. The
additional costs have been based upon the tendered rates contained
within the contract terms and equality objectives.
 
The Executive Director of Regeneration,
Economy & Planning has approved the additional expenditure
costs regarding the Council’s CMT professional appointment
contract as set out:
