Summary of Decision: This report seeks
approval for processes to allocate the
Government’s Household Support Fund (HSF) from October
2024 to March 2025 for the borough’s most vulnerable
residents.
 
 
Reason for Decision: The recommended
approach set out in the report takes into account the limited
funding envelope and provides help to those most at risk due to the
crisis based on an analysis of need. It is in line with the
Government Guidance for use of the Household Support Fund and is
deliverable within the funding period.
