for Housing Services has approved the surrender of the existing
lease and the grant of a new ten year lease to Paddington
Development Trust, tenant at 258 Harrow.
 
Reasons for Decision: The rent exceeds
£125k per annum and is held in the HRA, requiring a decision
from the Cabinet Member. The tenant receives a grant via
Council’s VCS Core Funding strategy, and the building
occupies numerous community support services such as the Westbourne
Community Champions, Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), and the Somali
Advice Service.
