To complete the letting of vacant office space
at York House on a new commercial lease.
Reasons for the decision
The space is currently vacant. The new letting
will generate rental income to the Council and cease the empty
property cost that the Council is responsible for. This supports
the Council's budget.

empty property costs, do not receive rental income.
