AGREED: To note the report and:
i)             
Delegate authority to the Executive Director of Place Services in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Climate Change,
Biodiversity and Windsor Town Council, Cabinet Member for Planning,
Governance & Asset Management and Deputy Leader of the Council
& Cabinet Member for Finance to purchase the site in the
Borough for the purpose of providing a habitat bank for
biodiversity net gain.
ii)            
Approve the principle of allocating land at Battlemead to act as a
habitat bank for biodiversity net gain.
iii)          
Delegate authority to the Executive Director of Place Services in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Climate Change,
Biodiversity and Windsor Town Council and Cabinet Member for
Planning, Governance & Asset Management to finalise the plans
at Battlemead and implement subject to the principal of not
reducing public access.
