To confirm the extension of the longstop date
to 31st March 2025.

Reasons for the decision

The Council entered into a variation to extend
the Landswap Agreement entered into on 12th February 2020 between
RBWM and Denhead SARL in October 2024. This variation allows
Denhead to serve notice to extend the longstop date until 31st
March 2025 which Denhead SARL have done.

Cabinet delegated the decision to the Executive Director of Place
Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning,
Governance and Asset Management in accordance with paragraph 3 of
the Property Procedure Rules as set out in Section 8D of the
Council's Constitution.

Alternative options considered

This is a contractual obligation.
