award temporary agency worker Master Vendor contract

AGREED: That Cabinet
noted the report and:
i)                
Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Resources and
Section 151 Officer in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Corporate Services to award a contract following a procurement
exercise for a temporary staff recruitment agency.
