To enter into a Licence agreement with the
Royal County of Berkshire Pension Fund to occupy desks in the Town
Hall.

Reasons for the decision

Relocate the Pension Fund from Minster Court
to the Town Hall to achieve significant savings for both the
Pension Fund and income for RBWM following exit of lease at Minster
Court.

Alternative options considered

Retain Minster Court and continue to pay rent
and property outgoings.
