To enter into a supplemental agreement to vary
the Landswap Agreement dated 12 February 2020 made between (1) The
Council; and (2) Denhead S.A.R.L. varying the Provisional Option
Expiry date from 31st March 2025 to 30th June 2025.

This is delegated to the Executive Director of Place in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and
Asset Management in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Property
Procedure Rules set out in Part 8D of the Council’s
constitution.
