AGREED: That cabinet
noted the report and:
i)                
To enter into a section 2 Funding Agreement with NHS England and
Frimley ICB;
ii)              
To enter into a Project Agreement with Frimley ICB;
iii)            
To delegate authority to the Executive Director of Place in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and
Asset Management to enter into any
associated project documentation.
iv)            
To delegate authority to the Executive Director of Place in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and
Asset Management to enter into the
contract and complete the sale of the freehold interest of the
Preferred Property or Alternative Property as defined in the
section 2 Funding Agreement.
v)              
To delegate authority to the Executive Director of Place in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and
Asset Management to enter into the Lease
as defined in the section 2 Funding Agreement.
vi)            
That the Executive Director for Adult Services, Health and
Communities acts as the senior authorised officer who has ultimate
authority in terms of managing the agreement and any of its
development going forward, including responsibility to receive
notices from the ICB and NHS and coordinate the council’s
input across service areas.
