Purpose

This report sets out the progress update on
deliverables from April to October 2024. The report also highlights
key changes in context since the Council Plan’s adoption.
This has informed a review and refresh of the Council Plan’s
deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor
performance and progress against the Plan.

Content

AGREED: That cabinet
noted the report and:
i)                
Reviewed the deliverable progress update in Appendix A
ii)              
Reviewed the updated set of deliverables and KPIs to the Council
Plan, summarised in Appendix B
iii)            
Considered the recommendations made by Corporate Overview &
Scrutiny at their meeting on 27 March 2025, and agrees to accept
these, as appropriate.
iv)            
Agreed to take the Council Plan to Council in April for
consideration and agreement.
