AGREED: That cabinet
noted the report and:
i)                
Delegated authority to the Director of Place Services in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport,
Customer Service Centre and Employment to approve the appointment
of the Preferred Bidder following a tender process for the Highways
Maintenance and Capital Works contract.
