AGREED: That cabinet
noted the report and:
i)                
Approved the sale of the Council’s Freehold Interest in
the Windsor Yards Shopping Centre.
ii)              
Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Place Services
in consultation with the Cabinet Member Planning, Governance and
Asset Management, to negotiate and agree the sale option agreement
with UREF LP.
