Approved the appointment of the identified
Preferred Bidders for Lots 2, 3 and 4 for an initial period of 7
years with options for two extension periods of 4 and 3 years
(7+4+3), following a Tender process which has been undertaken by
the Council for the Highways Services Contracts (PART II –
details of preferred bidders set in Appendix B of the Cabinet
report 29th November 2025).
