AGREED: That Cabinet
noted the report and:
 
i)            
Delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Planning in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance &
Asset Management to act upon the Examiner’s Report, accept
the recommended modifications, issue a Decision Statement and
progress the Cookham Neighbourhood Plan to referendum.
 
ii)           
Delegated authority to the Returning Officer, in consultation
with the Assistant Director of Planning, to set the date of the
Referendum.

 
iii)          
Delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Planning in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance &
Asset Management to make minor non
material amendments to the draft Neighbourhood Plan prior to
the referendum being announced.
