AGREED: That Cabinet
noted the report and:
 
i)            
Adopted the Air Quality Assessment Guidance Note as informal
guidance so that it could be afforded weight as a material
consideration in the planning process; and
 
ii)           
Delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Planning in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and
Asset Management, to approve and publish any minor changes to the
Air Quality Assessment Guidance Note, prior to its
publication.
