AGREED: That Cabinet
noted the report and:
 
i)            
Noted NO2, PM10 and PM2.5 monitoring results for 2024.
 
ii)           
Approved the adoption of the Air Quality Strategy.

 
iii)          
Approved the revocation of all 5 AQMAs and to be replaced by the
Air Quality Management Strategy.

 
iv)          
Delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Housing and
Public Protection, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Household and Regulatory Services, to make amendments to the
strategy.
