AGREED: That cabinet
noted the report and:
i)            
Approved the business case for the supported housing development
for people with a learning disability at Imperial Road Windsor and
approves the next steps to seek a Registered Housing Provider (RP)
to develop the scheme.
ii)           
Approved a budget of £20,000 from flexible use of capital
receipts to provide specialist project management support to the
council to seek a Registered Housing Provider
iii)          
Approved serving a Notice of Intent to dispose of the land at
imperial Road on a 125-year lease on the council as Asset of
Community Value Listing Authority.
iv)          
Noted the previous decision made by Cabinet in November 2021 as
part of the Transformation of Day Opportunities to relocate the day
centre for people with a learning disability who need a building
based service in Windsor.
