A procurement exercise has been carried out in
accordance with the requirements of the council constitution and
the tender from Owlsworth was the best value for money.

Alternative options considered

Tenders were invited and considered. The
tender from Owlsworth was the best value for money.
If Owlsworth are not appointed then the roof replacement works at
The Lawns will not proceed.
