1 Year Extension of Property Services PPM
contracts

Reasons for the decision

Within the contract we have the option to
extend by 1 + 1 years.
This will allow the contracts within H&S Compliance team to
align for future tendering.

Alternative options considered

There is no alternative option as we would
have to go out to tender.

The Option of doing nothing would mean we would fail to meet our
statutory obligations.
