To appoint the following companies as
Enforcement Agents: - CDER Group - Dukes Ltd - Jacobs

Reasons for the decision

The Enforcement Agents appointed will assist
the council in the collection of outstanding arrears due in respect
of Council Tax and Business Rates primarily but may also assist
with civil debt collection, where appropriate.

Alternative options considered

Do not appoint - the council will be limited
in it's ability to collect outstanding debt.
