AGREED: That cabinet
noted the report and:
i)            
Approved the publication of the draft Parking Supplementary
Planning Document (SPD) for public consultation.
ii)           
Delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Planning in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and
Asset Management, to approve and publish any minor changes to the
draft Parking SPD, prior to its publication.
iii)          
Agreed that following public consultation, and after
representations received have been carefully considered, the final
version of the SPD will be taken back to Cabinet for a decision on
whether it should be adopted.
iv)          
The wording within Paragraph 4.23 regarding visitor parking
spaces, was strengthened, to make it clear that where there was
designated visitor parking, this was correctly marked out.
