AGREED: That cabinet
noted the report and:
i)            
Approved the publication of the draft Maidenhead Town Centre
Shopfront Supplementary Planning Document for public consultation;
and
ii)           
Delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Planning in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and
Asset Management, to approve and publish any minor changes to the
draft Maidenhead Town Centre Shopfront SPD, prior to its
publication.
iii)          
Agreed that following public consultation, and after
representations received have been carefully considered, the final
version of the SPD will be taken back to Cabinet for a decision on
whether it should be adopted.
