Agree a 3-year contract with Ardens Workplace
Ltd to provide an online platform to manage and monitor performance
of GP NHS Health Checks and LARC delivery.

Reasons for the decision

Procuring Ardens Manager has been agreed by
the Director of Public Health to enable robust contract management
of GP NHS Health Checks.
This will include granularity of data that has not previously been
possible, to inform future commissioning decisions and enable
enhanced financial management and forecasting.

Alternative options considered

Do nothing -This option has been rejected
because there is a need to improve the NHS Health Check data
pathway in RBWM and understand the referral pathways to ensure that
NHS Health Checks conducted are productive.
Commission Health diagnostics - This has been rejected as it does
not align with the templates and software our GP surgeries are
using and was more expensive to procure.
