To gain support from Peterborough Council to
delivery the Street Name and Numbering obligations for RBWM, due to
not being able to previously recruit to this role.

Reasons for the decision

At the time a recruitment exercise was
undertaken, however was no successful.
As the role is statutory we approached other LAs to see if they
would be able to support the borough, which Peterborough were able
to do.
