AGREED: That Cabinet
noted the report and:
 
i)            
Considered the recommendations made by the Corporate Overview
and Scrutiny Panel which are attached as Appendix B.
 
ii)           
Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Place in
consultation with the Leader of the Council and Chair of Corporate
Overview and Scrutiny Panel to make appropriate amendments to the
draft policy based on comments from the overview and scrutiny panel
and adopt the Advertising and Sponsorship Policy.
