noted the report and:
 
i)            
Approved the draft Residential Mobile Homes Site Licensing
Policy.
 
ii)           
Approved the draft Residential Mobile Homes: Fit and Proper
Person Determination Policy.
 
iii)          
Approved the Residential Mobile Homes Site Licensing Fees
Policy.
 
iv)          
Approved the Residential Mobile Homes: Fit and Proper Person fee
Policy.
 
v)           
Recommended that the Assistant Director for Housing and Public
Protection adopted the policies set out in i) - iv) above and undertakes to amend the policies
to reflect changes to legislation, guidance, case law or good
practice.
