AGREED: That Cabinet
noted the report and:
 
i)            
Approved the business case in support of transformational change
of the council’s housing services.
 
ii)           
Supported the use of £0.520m of flexible use of capital
receipts to fund housing transformation costs in 2025/26 and
2026/27 to allow for implementation to begin immediately, with
ongoing funding requirements to be funded via a growth bid in as
part of the 2026/27 budget process and over the
medium-term.
