AGREED: That Cabinet
noted the report and:
 
i)            
Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Resources and
Section 151 officer in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Highways and Transport & Customer Service Centre to award the
new Microsoft Licensing Contract to the successful tenderer
following the conclusion of Crown Commercial Services Aggregated
Tender.
