To approve the wayleave agreements in relation
to several substations in central Maidenhead

Reasons for the decision

Substations on RBWM land are to be removed as
part of Nicholson's Quarter Regeneration Scheme and new cables laid
on land that the Council currently owns but will sell as the scheme
progresses.

This requires wayleave agreements to be entered into with energy
infrastructure providers
