To accept an unrestricted donation of IT
equipment from Amazon to enable the continued operation of public
PCs within RBWM libraries ensuring the continuity of provision of
essential resources to the community.

Reasons for the decision

Public PCs within the Library estate had
reached end of life and were no longer able to accommodate the
required upgrades.

Alternative options considered

The sponsorship opportunity was advertised on
the council website and no other sponsors came forward
