Purpose

To award delegated authority to Andrew
Durrant, Executive Director for Place, to award to the winning
bidder following a full and open tender process, the Grounds
Maintenance contract for RBWM.

Content

AGREED: That Cabinet
noted the report and:
i)                
Delegated authority to the Executive Director Place in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods, Leisure
& Performance to approve the appointment of the preferred
bidder following a tender process for the grounds maintenance
contract.
ii)              
Delegated authority to the Executive Director Place in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods, Leisure
& Performance to approve entering into new licences to occupy
and related agreements to enable the preferred bidder to access and
use council depots and compounds required to provide contracted
services.
