AGREED: That Cabinet
noted the report and:
i)                
Noted the positive impact of the Adult Social Care
transformation programme to date.
ii)              
Delegated authority to the Executive Director Adult Services,
Health and Communities in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Cabinet Member for Adult Services, Planning and Governance to
enter into a contract with our current
specialist change partner to scale up and embed sustainable
transformation.
iii)            
Supported the use of flexible capital receipts to fund the Adult
Social Care transformation costs to maximise the likelihood of
continuing to secure the planned savings.
