In line with the Cabinet delegation -
Recommended that the Assistant Director for Housing and Public
Protection adopted the policies set out in i) - iv) above and
undertakes to amend the policies to reflect changes to legislation,
guidance, case law or good practice.
Policies have been updated with minor amendments in agreement with
cabinet member.
