Reasons for the decision

This contract provides for two replacement
play areas at Clewer Memorial Recreation Ground in Clewer East and
Oaken Grove Park in Pinkneys Green
A compliant procurement process has been carried out, bids were
requested from 4 suppliers for this work, with a budget of
£350,000 for the replacement of the two play areas
Three bids were received and have been evaluated based on how they
fit the requirements of the brief.
The preferred bidder scored highest for the quality of their bid.
They have proposed two high quality designs for the play areas,
which can be delivered within the budget provided and the time
given
