Reasons for the decision
The Council has an obligation to provide
vacant possession of the former Broadway Car Park Site.
This includes enabling the relocation of electricity substations on
the site and the resulting changes to the electricity grid in this
area.
The wayleaves enable a new supply to Siena Court to be installed
along with changes within the shopping centre area
