AGREED: That Cabinet noted the report and:
i)              
Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Place Services in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport,
Customer Service Centre and Employment, and the Deputy Leader and
Cabinet Member for Finance to agree terms for the extension of
required Highway services with the current supplier, VolkerHighways
Ltd.
