Purpose

The report recommends that the Cabinet
approves the publication of the draft Sustainability SPD for public
consultation in Autumn 2023.

Content

That Cabinet noted the report and:
i)              
approved the publication of the draft Sustainability SPD for public
consultation; and
ii)             
Delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Planning in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Legal and Asset
Management, to approve and publish any minor changes to the draft
Sustainability SPD, prior to its publication.
