To appoint PowerCor as the main contractor on the works to install solar arrays at Holy Trinity CE Primary School (Cookham), Kings Court First School and The Lawns Nursery School

Reasons for the decision

The tender received from PowerCor was the most economically advantageous, representing best value for money

Alternative options considered

The tender exercise gave the opportunity for alternative tenders, and the bid from PowerCor was the best value for money. Doing nothing would mean that the contractor could not be appointed and the works to install solar at the three schools could not continue.
