To provide alternative parking for occupiers displaced by the Nicholsons Regeneration and the Compulsory Purchase Order Powers.

Will generate a rental income for the Council part of which is supporting the relocation of the Shopmobility Service

Do nothing - RBWM would host the car parking in other MSCP's
