Service level agreement to be entered into with Peterborough council until 31st March 2027.

Reasons for the decision

Without this support from Peterborough Council, RBWM would not be able to delivery the statutory duties needed.

Alternative options considered

When this individual carrying out this position left RBWM 4 years ago, we did try and recruit for it, however were unsuccessful, and due to the nature of the role and it being statutory other LAs were approached for help and Peterborough was the only LA able to provide support.
