To change the wording of 2 KPIs.

Reasons for the decision

The reason for the request to change the wording of 2 of the KPIs is firstly because the new highways term contractor is already cardon neutral, and secondly the sum of another KPI did not add up so the figure was changed so that the same adds up. Marlborough are fully on board with these changes

Alternative options considered

None. Doing nothing means that the KPIs do not correctly represent the contract.
