AGREED: That Cabinet noted the report and
agreed to sell the Novello Theatre and set a valuation of
£300,000.00 based on the independent valuation received;
and
gave delegated Authority to the Executive
Direct of Place in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Asset, Planning Legal and Asset Management to Market the Theatre
for sale for use as Community facility for a minimum period of six
months.
