Decision

To appoint Momentum to carry out Stage 1 Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) works in relation to the new Forest Bridge sixth form scheme to enable completion of the scheme.

Reasons for the decision

The PCSA was tendered and Momentum Build (NW) Ltd identified as the preferred contractor.

Alternative options considered

If Momentum Build (NW) Ltd are not appointed following the tendering exercise then the works will need to be retendered, which will mean the project completion will be delayed.
