AGREED: That Cabinet noted the report and
delegated authority to the Executive Director of Place Services in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Legal and Asset
Management to prepare the sales pack, market the assets for sale
and evaluate subsequent offers and prepare a report for Cabinet to
consider the purchase offers.
