AGREED: That Cabinet noted the report and
delegated authority to the Executive Director for Adult Services,
Health and Communities in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Adults, Health and Housing, to complete the series of actions
summarised in paragraph 2.17 which will result in the transfer of a
range of services and employees to the Council from Optalis
Limited.
