Entry into an agreement with Cookham Parish Council for the delivery of specified grounds maintenance services on RBWM’s behalf for an initial term of five years, with options to extend for two further periods of two years.

Reasons for the decision

Cookham Parish Council expressed a request to undertake specified grounds maintenance services within the parish from 1 October 2026.

Alternative options considered

Grounds maintenance service may have been delivered via the new Grounds Maintenance contract, however preferred option from CPC was to deliver these specified operational services, RBWM retains overall responsibility, oversight and control.
