To note the report and:
i)             
Delegate authority to the Executive Director of Resources, the
Executive Director for Children’s Services and the Executive
Director of Adult Social Care, Health and Communities - in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance - to award a
contract for social care transformation with an external delivery
partner.
